Drunk Destructive Roommate at 3AM

The process of selecting a roommate can sometimes take months, finding the right person who has the correct balance of fun and organization. Well, sometimes it works out like this. Needless to say this dude is definitely not getting back his security deposit on this house, sorry about that. Would have been great to get the roommates reaction, maybe next time. This is reason #1 not to drink Four Loco is excess, ish goes down.
