REVIEW: Timeflies (Artist to Watch)

Timeflies is a Boston based duo that has been blowing up in recent months, but, what's all the hype about? Simply said, these dudes are the real deal.
Timeflies consists of Cal (vocals) and Rez (production), a duo that is making a new musical fusion that transcends barriers.
Whats all the hype?
Mastering the tools of social media has been the groups largest success. Their web series, Timeflies Tuesdays on Youtube, has brodened their reach while showcasing the raw production talent of Rez and unique vocals of Cal.
The series features remixes, freestyles and even recently a tribute to Apple founder Steve Jobs entitled "iTribute" (Video Above). The sound is a fusion of Pop, Funk, Dubstep, Hip Hop and Rock. Thoughtfully crafted, authentic and genuine.
To often up starts fall short by trying to be something their not, or never will be. Timeflies sound and image comes from a real place, sharing the carisma of prior Youtube superstars Mac Miller and Mike Posner. Check out their debut album "The Scotch Tape", it well showcases their talent with catchy hooks and dope beats.
Timeflies is the newest artist to watch. They have all the tools to become stars.
